Do you provide SSH? If yes, under what conditions?

Yes, we can enable jailed SSH upon request for any package.

However, enabled SSH access increases the security risks, thus, if you need SSH to securely transfer files only, we would recommend using SFTP instead. SFTP is a secure FTP connection where all data is transferred in an encrypted form from your location to the remote server.

SFTP is enabled by default on our servers and is available on port 21098.

If you need SSH to be enabled for any other specific needs, submit a ticket to our Hosting Support department at our Helpdesk.
